About Me
Professionally
I have a broad range of clinical experience in both day treatment and outpatient settings providing group, individual, couples and family counseling. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology from the University of Washington 1996 and my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University was completed in 2001. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State and a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. |
Personally I was born and raised in Washington state and moved to Bellingham, WA with my husband and three children in 2007 where my husband is part of the pastoral staff at Hillcrest Church in Fairhaven. I love my family, warts-and-all, a good a good cup of coffee, yarn stores and walking my dogs. I feel grateful to work as a therapist as I am deeply touched by the strength and resilience of the individuals and families I meet. I am privileged to remember alongside people the finer qualities of who they are and where they are headed...and watch them leave their troubles behind. |
